Job summary

Qualis1 Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Field Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support across multiple facilities.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, manage Windows/macOS, networking, MDM, and ServiceNow, and coordinate with remote teams.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to work independently, and 2+ years in desktop support or field services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in desktop support, field services, or technical support.
• Experience providing on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to work across multiple facilities and coordinate with remote teams.
• Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and replace IT equipment.
• Support conference room technology, AV equipment, and collaboration tools.
• Provide white-glove support to executive/VIP users.
• Handle incidents and service requests within SLA requirements.
• Support new-hire onboarding, technology transitions, rollouts, and migrations.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, tracking, and ServiceNow CMDB documentation.
• Coordinate equipment staging, imaging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with remote support teams, vendors, and other IT groups.
• Provide coverage across multiple facilities as needed.
