Job summary

HEI Civil in Colorado is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team and support field operations and mobile devices across our sites. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, provide end-user support by phone, email, or in person, and help optimize devices used in the field.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mobile device management (MDM), strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience and certifications may substitute.
• Experience in IT support role, with focus on field and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support via phone, email or in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals including MDM.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve field/mobile device support processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and troubleshooting guides.
