• 1+ year of experience supporting PCs and operating systems.
• Proficient in identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to install and configure desktop hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktop and laptop hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Provide basic user training for new system installations.
