Turner Construction Company is seeking an IS Support Specialist to assist with and provide support for a range of Information System technologies across local, regional, and enterprise environments. You will troubleshoot end-user issues, follow security standards, and maintain documentation and inventories of infrastructure.

Responsibilities include supporting data migrations, collaborating on change management projects, and ensuring timely status updates.

Formación

• 3+ years of related IS experience or IT degree/certifications.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Basic Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge.
• Familiar with Windows 10/11 deployment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with and support IS technologies and end-user issues at local/region/enterprise level.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to voice, data, apps, hardware, and networks.
• Follow IS policies, security standards, and procedures.
• Escalate security/compliance matters to supervisor and educate users on policies.
• Document issues and provide status updates in the ticketing system.
• Maintain and update documentation of local tech infrastructure and inventories.
• Assist with data migrations and recoveries for backups.
• Assist with change management projects per Turner IS methodology.
