Qualifications

• 3–6 years of work experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365/Office suites.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting (Dell) and handheld scanners.
• Knowledge of ITIL and cybersecurity practices; ability to work with security tools.
• Excellent communication; able to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Onsite presence required; ability to travel within Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced 2nd- and 3rd-level local and remote technical support for Allegion facilities.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Support and install technology hardware and software; manage lifecycle processes.
• Follow ITIL and cybersecurity procedures; coordinate with Cybersecurity teams.
• Lead projects and planning to drive operational and IT/OT improvements.
• Vet OT processes to ensure compliance with security policies; support PLCs and OT tech.
• Provide network/server/security/telephony/app infra support; assist with AV and printers.
• Serve as a primary site contact; collaborate with global IT teams; promote standards.
• Leverage AI tools and help automate workflows.
• Provide daytime onsite coverage; occasional after-hours/weekend/on-call support.
• Travel up to 50% locally within Southern California.
• Perform other assigned operational duties.
