Job summary

GovCIO seeks a Customer Support Administrator (IT Specialist) / Installer with an active Secret clearance to travel to Government sites for installing network equipment and providing on-site user support when not traveling. The role is based in Riverside, CA, with frequent US travel and coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities include hardware installation, cabling, inventory, and using ServiceNow for ticketing and project activities.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma with several years of IT/support experience.
Experience with Windows environments and on-site user support.
Proven ability to travel up to 70-80% of the time within the US.

Responsibilities

Install and remove network equipment at Government sites, manage cabling and labeling.
Serve as on-site customer point of contact when not traveling.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using ServiceNow and remote tools.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and support O365/OneDrive.
Coordinate with project management and network engineering staff to meet timelines.
