Dairy One Cooperative seeks a Farm Systems Installation Technician I to install and support information systems for dairy farms nationwide. You will work on networks, cameras, computers and related hardware as part of a team in a farm setting requiring physical effort and travel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., repairing Windows-based computers, deploying point-to-multipoint wireless networks, or providing IT-based managed services).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: general knowledge of electricity and wiring.
• Preferred: experience in building trades, finish work, or general construction.

Responsibilities

• Install and support information systems for dairy farms across the country.
• Install and support networks, surveillance cameras, computers and computer hardware.
• Travel extensively, with a minimum of 60% of time on the road.
