Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant field experience in inventory or materials handling.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record required.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access; ERP system experience helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and distribute materials per requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reports and audit-ready metrics.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, requisitions and ERP documentation.
• Verify inventory through counts, investigate discrepancies, and submit adjustments.
• Maintain proper storage, locations and sign Customer Consignment forms where applicable.

## Field Inventory Associate - 1st Shift - Starting at $25.77/hrApply: Minnetonka, Minnesota: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R574584Work Flexibility: Onsite**1st Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**Location**: 5600 Rowland Road, Suite 220, Minnetonka MN 55343 **Summary:**The Field Inventory Associate plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers and determines material requirements in order to coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Additionally, in this role, you will develop specifications for new contract orders. **What You Will do:*** Receive, store, issue, and distribute materials, equipment, parts, and supplies based on requisitions* Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and metrics to support audit readiness and address quality issues with Branch management* Compile, review, and maintain purchase orders, requisitions, and related documentation using an ERP system* Verify inventory accuracy through physical counts, cycle counts, and annual full inventory; investigate discrepancies and submit adjustments* Determine and maintain proper storage, identification, and stock locations in an orderly manner, including occasional operating room locations* Dispose of damaged, expired, or defective items in accordance with established procedures* Conduct cycle counts across hospital and office locations throughout the territory and reconcile results with company inventory systems* Ensure signed Customer Consignment Agreement forms are in place and maintained for all consignment locations **What You Need:***Required:** High School diploma or equivalent* 3+ years of relevant experience* Valid driver’s license and good driving record* Experience in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access* Experience with ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.)* Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. *Preferred:** Inventory Control experience* Associates degree**$25.77 - $35.37** per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.Travel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
