Job summary

Stryker in Hanover, MD is seeking a Field Operations Associate to compile and inspect kits for compliance with specifications and usage, collaborating with distribution, sales, and warehouse teams to expedite deliveries and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements include 2+ years’ experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role runs Monday to Friday, 10am–6:30pm, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a field operations/warehouse environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Meet requirements of all customer credentialing.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and keep records of damaged/defective/shortages/expired items.
• Check inventory records for availability of requested products.
• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas for safety compliance.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or carriers to expedite deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints and track service levels to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal resources for alternative product obtainment.
• Organize and manage stock received from multiple sources.
