Stryker Corporation in Novi, MI seeks a Field Inventory Associate to manage branch warehouse inventory and support hospitals and customers through cycle counting, inspections, and reconciliation. You will work with sales teams to ensure product availability and maintain accurate records across the territory.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, labeling, and distributing medical devices, performing reconciliations, and coordinating replacements for expired or defective items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid US Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory within branch warehouse and support hospitals and customers through cycle counting.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across the territory using ERP systems.
• Perform inventory reconciliations by comparing counts to system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Inspect inventory for expired or defective products and coordinate replacements.
• Support audits and continuous improvement to maintain audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and hospital staff on inventory questions.
