Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Material Handler I for 1st shift to keep products moving through the warehouse and to customers. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, inspect incoming inventory, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

The role offers weekend overtime and uses RF scanners and WAV lift equipment. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior warehouse experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating WAV lift and/or RF scanner.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Package products according to shipping requirements with accuracy and quality.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Prepare shipping labels and process shipments through carriers.
• Operate WAV lifts and barcode scanning equipment safely.
• Support inventory counts and continuous improvement in the warehouse.
