Responsibilities

• Inventory management: monitor and control stock levels and maintain records.
• Logistics coordination: manage deliveries and schedules for timely distribution.
• Stock optimization: maintain optimal stock levels and identify gaps or excesses.
• Solution implementation: install, configure, and manage inventory systems such as Vending, VMI, and crib systems.
• Stocking and service: stock delivered products and service inventory stations at customer locations.
• Order processing: scan and download product orders to support replenishment and workflow accuracy.
• Material handling: safely load and unload materials.
• Customer support: assist customers via phone, email, or in person to resolve issues and build relationships.
• Order entry and expediting: enter orders, expedite, and review demand schedules.
• Relationship building: develop strong relations with customer contacts across locations.
• Customer engagement: improve relations through proactive communication and meeting requirements.
