Job summary

Endries is a leading distributor of fasteners and Class-C parts serving industrial OEMs and the Industrial marketplace worldwide. A Service Representative will work to maintain customer satisfaction by managing bin inventory and delivering product to their location.

Essential duties include servicing customers, updating inventory, processing credits, and documenting issues while collaborating with the team to resolve problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a customer manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service or deliver product to maintain customers.
• Scan and download product the same day and service according to customer needs.
• Make changes to schematics to ensure bin management system is properly maintained.
• Write up credits promptly and accurately.
• Document and problem solve customer issues to maintain customer’s satisfaction.
• Keep appropriate team members informed on any/all customer issues.
• Complete CMSP notes within the same business week.
• Assist and maintain set up of bin management systems as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

From its headquarters in Brillion, WI and eleven U.S. and international distribution centers, Endries provides over 500,000 SKUs to its customer base. Endries operates primarily through a vendor managed inventory model, managing C-part categories for its customers across diverse industrial end markets. Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Service and/or deliver product to maintain customers
• Scan and download product the same day and service according to customer needs
• Make changes to schematics to ensure bin management system is properly maintained

This job operates in a customer manufacturing environment. This role may routinely use equipment such as scanners, forklifts, utility knives, ladders, machinery, and tape guns. Employees may be exposed to bright lighting, blue light (i.e., computer screens), repetitive low to mid volume sounds (i.e., forklift traffic, packaging machines, etc.), warm and cool temperatures, and various metals and plastics.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly standing. The employee will need to have the ability to move and lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. This job will require the ability to push, pull, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach when necessary.

Hourly Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
