Job summary

Invictus Surgical, representing Arthrex, Inc., seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to manage inventory, pull and prepare surgical sets, and coordinate shipments across the territory in Washington and Oregon. You will report to the Sales Enablement Manager and support continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory management experience preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.
• Pull products and sets for upcoming cases and organize storage for quick retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and expiration dates to prevent overstock or shortages.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documents and update tracking in RedSpot.
• Support audits and reconcile discrepancies with the team.
