Job summary

Westat is seeking Field Interviewers for the MEPS study to conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults in households across the United States. Interviewers will travel to assigned locations, set appointments, and collect interview data using Westat-provided laptops.

Training starts in January 2027, with mandatory in-person sessions and travel. Locations include NY metro areas with travel to local and occasional long-distance households.

Qualifications

• Be 18 or older and able to enter confidentiality agreements.
• Be available to complete mandatory trainings and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adult household members.
• Contact households to introduce the study, set appointments, and complete interviews.
• Transmit electronic data daily and submit administrative paperwork when required.
