Job summary

Westat, Inc. in Hillsboro, OH is seeking Field Interviewers for the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS). This part-time role involves in-person and video interviews, recruiting households, scheduling visits, and data collection using Westat equipment.

Qualifications

• In-person interviewing experience required or preferred.
• Experience with computer-assisted video interviewing is a plus.
• Public contact and/or cold calling experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally long-distance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted video interviews with selected adults.
• Contact households, set appointments, and conduct interviews using Westat equipment.
• Transmit electronic data daily and complete required paperwork.
• Travel to training and data-collection sites as needed, including overnight trips.
