AAA Northeast is seeking a Field Insurance Agent in Branford, CT. Candidates will receive paid training and licensing with all costs covered, and will sell personal lines insurance to AAA members via branch, phone, and online channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days.
• Life Insurance license preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to AAA members and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Interact with members in branches, over the phone, and online.
• Gather coverage and premium data and prepare proposals.
• Develop leads from referrals and inbound inquiries.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in training programs.
