Job summary

AAA Northeast is hiring a Field Insurance Agent to launch your insurance career with comprehensive paid training, licensing help, and unlimited growth. You will sell personal lines insurance to members contacting AAA by branch, phone, or online, building trusted relationships in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

You will develop product knowledge, meet sales goals, and participate in training programs while gaining licensing in Personal Lines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• License within 30 days required; Life license preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services to AAA members and meet sales goals.
• Interact with members in person at branches, by phone, and online.
• Gather coverage, rating, and premium data for proposals.
• Develop leads and referrals; maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to quote and bind coverage.
