Job summary

Synergy3 is seeking an Air Sealing & Insulation Technician in Edison, NJ to perform hands-on weatherization work across our service area. You’ll focus on tight air sealing, clean insulation, and blower door verification, taking pride in the craft and quality of every job.

You will work in the field daily, document results, and help bring up newer technicians as you grow with us, with opportunities into lead and supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on air sealing, insulation, weatherization work.
• 2+ years in building performance or weatherization preferred.
• Experience with blower door testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid NJ driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to document work with photos, readings, and logs.
• Nice-to-have: BPI Building Analyst or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on air sealing and insulation work in homes.
• 2)Liaise with project managers to follow the daily plan.
• 3)Inspect and verify work against standards; own quality.
• Coordinate with crew, mentor new technicians, and resolve on-site issues.
