Qualifications

• Experience with air sealing, insulation, or building performance work is required.
• Valid NJ driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on air sealing and insulation work including blow-in insulation.
• Run blower-door tests to verify air sealing results.
• Act as crew leader, training new technicians as needed.

Skills
