Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of construction or renovation experience.
• Training in weatherization/energy efficiency principles.
• 6 months to 1 year weatherization experience (air sealing & insulation preferred).
• BPI Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install home energy conservation measures (insulation, air sealing).
• Prepare attics for insulation (baffles, flooring, damming).
• Operate hand and power tools to complete installations.
• Drive and operate company service vehicles and complete paperwork.
