Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform field maintenance, calibration, installation, and repair of instrumentation and control systems at customer sites. You will calibrate sensors, report activity, and maintain logs; travel to locations with a company vehicle, ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical skills and 2+ years of related experience. A proactive, can-do mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years installing, maintaining, and repairing process/control equipment.
• Strong computer proficiency to operate troubleshooting instruments and logging data.
• Strong mechanical proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform field maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation and control systems at customer sites.
• Complete documentation for actions taken and maintain detailed logs of service calls, parts, and orders.
• Represent the company during field service tasks with a can-do attitude and ensure safety.
