Job summary
Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and control systems at customer sites. You will perform calibration of sensors, troubleshoot equipment, and complete field documentation while traveling to various locations.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in process/control maintenance, strong PLC/electrical skills, and the ability to work safely in industrial environments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- 2+ years installing and maintaining process/control equipment.
- Strong computer proficiency with measurement and control instruments.
- Strong mechanical skills with hand and power tools.
- Electrical/electrician experience and safety training.
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform field maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation and control systems.
- Calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and related instrumentation.
- Install and Calibrate measuring devices; perform minor electrical maintenance.
- Complete documentation of actions and maintain detailed logs for service calls and parts.
- Travel to job sites using company vehicle; uphold safety standards.
