Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a Field Application Scientist to enable seamless implementation of EUROIMMUN instruments in customer laboratories, focusing on software and network interfacing.

The role requires strong technical and communication skills in English and French, with initiative and independent time management. Responsibilities include instrument installation, validation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT/network teams to ensure LIS integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MLS advanced diploma.
• 1-2+ years of laboratory experience.
• Bilingual in French.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of EUROIMMUN instrumentation and updates.
• Coordinate pre-delivery inspections, installations, configurations, and validations with customers and business team.
• Assist field service engineers with on-site troubleshooting and instrument installations.
• Aid the logistics department to arrange shipping of instrument, kits, and samples.
• Assist customer validation studies including protocol definition and data evaluation.
• Interface LIS with IT/networking teams and assist in scripting for LIS communication.
