Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is a leading North American midstream energy provider, delivering natural gas, NGLs, crude oil and petrochemicals through a national network of facilities.

The I&E role in Grand Cane, LA, installs instrumentation and electrical components, troubleshoots control systems, and maintains DCS/PLC processes to ensure safe, reliable operation. Requires 5+ years' experience, journeyman designation, and ability to read P&IDs and drawings.

Qualifications

  • Read safety procedures, blueprints, P&IDs, work permits, and manuals.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes; 120–480V AC; 3-phase and single-phase.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • 5+ years electrical/instrumentation experience in energy or similar.
  • Ability to attain Enterpirse Electrical code level 3B certification.

Responsibilities

  • Install instrumentation and electrical components safely.
  • Troubleshoot control systems and complex equipment.
  • Run conduit, pull wire, maintain lighting systems and basic motor controls.
  • Maintain, modify and troubleshoot DCS/PLC systems.
  • Read and update electrical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Provide training and technical support.
