Job summary

Strive Solutions in Texas is seeking an on-site Instrumentation and Controls Technician to support reliable, safe operation of pipeline and terminal assets in field environments.

You will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and control systems across crude oil and NGL facilities, working with PLCs, SCADA, transmitters, analyzers, and valves. Strong teamwork and safety commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with instrumentation and control systems.
• Proficiency troubleshooting industrial automation components.
• Ability to read and apply P&IDs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation, control, and automation systems across crude oil and NGL facilities.
• Work with PLCs, SCADA, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves.
• Interpret P&IDs and technical drawings to diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams in a performance-driven, safety-first culture.
