Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Technician to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair instrumentation and control systems across field-based operations.

You will work with gas chromatographs, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, telemetry, and related equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations. The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment testing, and documenting reports, while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across instrumentation, automation, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with instrumentation and control systems in field-based industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate/adjust, and maintain instrumentation, flow computers, SCADA, PLC/DCS systems.
• Maintain electrical power circuits, switch gear, and power distribution including high voltage.
• Perform preventive maintenance and testing on analyzers, meters, and auxiliary equipment.
• Manage maintenance records, safety/environmental reports, and technical documentation.
• Travel to job sites and work with a variety of measurement and control devices.
