Job summary

Sutton's is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our field-based team. You will service and repair roofing, siding, windows, doors, and related components across a range of home improvement projects, with some warranty work.

This is not an entry-level role; prior installation, repair, or construction experience is required. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a background in home improvement services, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven service tech experience in the home improvement industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service & Repair – handle service tickets across roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, decks, sunrooms, and remodels; diagnose and repair.
• Quality Assurance – assess problems and ensure workmanship meets Sutton’s standards.
• Customer Interaction – communicate professionally on-site and explain issues clearly.
• Technical Expertise – stay current with industry standards and installation techniques.
• Documentation – complete paperwork, warranty forms, and follow-up reports.
