Job summary

Home Solutions Midwest is seeking a dedicated Installer to ensure work site setup and perform routine window, door and gutter installations in line with company standards. You will tear down sites and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering Signature Service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, basic carpentry experience, and the ability to communicate with homeowners and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to communicate with peers and homeowners.

• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the job site for setup and tear down.
• Install products per Home Solutions Midwest standards and processes.
• Collaborate with the Lead Installer to provide Signature Service on each job site.
• Plan continual self-learning and development of skills.
• Assist in meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and revenue dollars per period.
• Adheres to proper safety techniques.
• Builds and sustains positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Demonstrates self-leadership and personal accountability.
• Demonstrates responsible attendance, punctuality and work place flexibility.
• Continually improves processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
