Job summary

Stryker is seeking an on-site installation specialist to perform installation and testing of surgical light suspensions, booms, and video integration systems. You will collaborate with sales, project engineering, field service and external trades across multiple sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Role involves 100% overnight travel, coordinating travel, and providing basic training to customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience with telecom, video/audio system installation, electrical/construction or medical devices is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Verify site readiness and install surgical light suspensions, booms and video systems per design specs.
• Install cabling and equipment to deliver video signals and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document installation activities and maintain accurate records for project sign-off.
