AT&T in Birmingham/Hoover, AL is seeking an Installation Technician to deliver on-site installation of high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services for residential and small business customers. You’ll work independently at customer locations and be the trusted expert responsible for quality, safety, and a smooth activation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues with minimal disruption.
• Provide friendly, professional service and explain products and features to customers.
• Work independently in customers' homes and businesses.
