Job summary

AT&T is seeking Installation Technicians to deliver and install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services directly at customer locations in Redwood City, CA. You’ll be a trusted expert, solving problems and ensuring a seamless setup that keeps customers connected to what matters most.

You’ll work a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends, with extensive paid training and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders can weigh 50–60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 325 lbs; ladder safety requirement.
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holidays.
• Identify wire and cable colors during installations.
• Complete pre-employment assessments satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently at customers’ homes and businesses, providing expert solutions.
• Meet or exceed quality and safety standards in every installation.
