Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to connect customers to high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services in homes and small businesses. You will install the latest technology, activate services and ensure a smooth handoff to customers.

This role requires a valid driver''s license, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed. You will meet new people daily while delivering great service and solving problems on-site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with ladders and climbing to install and activate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer sites.
• Provide high-quality, friendly customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple issues during installation.
• Identify wire and cable colors and ensure correct connections.
• Follow safety protocols and ladder safety guidelines.
• Meet customers and explain product features and benefits.
