Job summary

AT&T Buffalo Grove, Illinois is seeking an Installation Technician to connect customers to high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services. You’ll work independently at customers’ homes and businesses as a trusted expert, installing the latest technology and ensuring a smooth activation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders up to 28 ft.
• Overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently as a trusted expert to activate and configure services.
• Provide excellent service and ensure a smooth customer experience on every visit.
