AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate our state-of-the-art technology for customers in Gastonia, North Carolina. You’ll work independently at customers’ homes and small businesses, delivering seamless service and resolving issues to keep everyone connected.

You’ll install high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services, meet new people daily, and be rewarded for doing great work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Available for overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services for customers.
• Work independently at customers' homes and businesses as a trusted expert.
• Meet new people daily and solve problems to keep customers connected.
