ITW Food Equipment Group LLC seeks an Installation Technician II to lead and support installation, assembly, inspection, and basic maintenance of commercial food equipment. The role involves uncrating, moving, and positioning equipment at customer sites and driving service/delivery trucks with lift-gate systems.

The candidate will work with Service Technicians and Branch teams, with flexibility for travel and overnight assignments as needed, and opportunities to grow into a Service/Repair

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–4 years in a related field.
• Experience safely handling mechanical and electrical equipment is needed.
• Familiarity with basic welding, hydraulics, and CO₂/Freon systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and/or support the installation and basic maintenance of commercial food equipment.
• Uncrate, move, and position equipment at customer sites and ensure proper operation.
• Drive service and delivery trucks with lift-gate systems to job sites.
• Assist technicians and branch staff with installation and service tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and manage travel-related documentation and expenses.
• Develop skills toward a future Service/Repair Technician role.
