Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services seeks an Installation Manager to lead field installation staff and ensure projects run on time and within cost estimates. You will coordinate across departments, uphold safety standards, and drive successful project outcomes.

The role requires 5–7 years in Engineering or Project Management, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Engineering or Project Management (techniques & tools).
• Possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.
• State-specific licensing (e.g., Class D or Alarm Installer) or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with security systems software (e.g., Software House, Lenel, Open Options, AMAG, S2, Bravo, Milestone, Exact, ONSSI).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Word).
• Ability to travel to job-sites (overnight travel may be required).
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field installation staff and project management for installed work.
• Ensure schedules align with plans, cost estimates, and branch goals.
• Coordinate with multiple departments on installation projects.
• Promote safety and manage compliance (OSHA, etc.).
• Develop manpower schedules and loading for contract compliance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Assist with change orders and project close-out processes.
