Job summary

Cook & Boardman, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee installation projects from start to finish, coordinating scheduling, on-site supervision, and quality control while ensuring safety and compliance. You will report to the Installation Manager and drive job-site productivity and timely execution.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple crews across sites, and a proven track record in construction-related installations with focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Current and valid US driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage installation jobs from start to finish.
• Provide on-site supervision and leadership to installation crews.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Installation Manager on resource planning.
• Maintain project documentation and daily Field Service Reports.
