Job summary

Instrata seeks a hands-on Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations across multiple projects with 20+ field crews. You will drive safety, productivity, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with Operations Managers, Project Managers, Foremen, and Lead Technicians.

You will review plans, coordinate low-voltage installations, and ensure adherence to company standards and codes. Travel to multiple job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of low-voltage installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Manufacturer certifications (Leviton, Berk-Tek, SYSTIMAX, Ortronics, Panduit, etc.) preferred.
• Low-voltage license or industry certifications (BICSI, InfoComm, NSCA, SCTE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation activities across multiple active projects and large field crews.
• Execute project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Plan and coordinate daily manpower, workload, and resources.
• Provide on-site leadership and foster safety-first culture.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, customers, and subcontractors.
• Review blueprints and install plans to guide work.
