Job summary

Coburn's Exclusive is seeking an Installation Lead / Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of installation of metal fabricated projects. You will manage the crew, ensure schedules stay on track and safety is strictly enforced, coordinating materials from shop and equipment while following specifications.

You will oversee inspections, quality control, and documentation, mentor staff, and communicate with customers and internal teams to drive project success across Middle

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation teams on metal fabrication projects.
• Ability to read architectural plans.
• Strong safety leadership and compliance.
• Ability to manage schedule and budget.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused leadership
• Understanding of trade related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installations, safety procedures and safe work practices
• Teaches and reinforces safety practices. Reacts properly to incidents/violations
• Communicates well with customer representatives, internal departments, and peers
• Plan and schedule job assignments
• Forecasts material and equipment in advance to meet project requirements
• Ensures necessary equipment is setup properly and filled with fuel
• Drives, operates and maintains equipment
• Reads architectural plans and communicates with others involved in the design/fabrication/installation processes
• Monitors labor and directs crew to meet project schedules
• Provides strong leadership to assure the accurate and timely submission of all paperwork
• Effectively runs jobs of any type, with strong problem solving skills
• Consults with upper management
