Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in the United States seeks a Field Installation Manager to oversee the field installation of DirectAIR compressed air systems from shipment to customer acceptance. You will coordinate installation schedules, site readiness, deliveries, and milestones; serve as the primary customer contact during the installation phase; and lead subcontractors and field personnel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience coordinating industrial equipment installations, construction projects, or similar field operations.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and customer-facing projects.
  • Knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical installation practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

  • Review installation costs, change orders, and subcontractor invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and customer site requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
