Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in the United States is seeking a Field Installation Services Supervisor to lead our field-installation team supporting engineered containment systems for utility and industrial clients.

You will manage a team of 7 technicians (expanding to 10), own the installation schedule, coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams, and drive project success from mobilization to completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service, installation, or related environments.
• Experience supervising or leading field personnel.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills for multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-service scheduling and coordination, maintaining master project calendars.
• Directly supervise ~7 technicians, with growth to ~10, including coaching and development.
• Coordinate with utility representatives, EPCs, subcontractors, and project coordinators.
• Ensure installations follow procedures, drawings, and applicable requirements.
• Provide remote support to technicians and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Travel to job sites as required to support project execution (approx. 2–3 trips per quarter).
