Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Field Installation Services Supervisor to lead a field-installation team and coordinate the complete installation process for engineered containment systems. You will manage scheduling, assign technicians, and serve as the primary escalation point for field conditions and project execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer communication, and hands-on problem solving in a construction/industrial setting, with travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service, construction, installation, or related environment.
• Experience supervising or leading field personnel.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation instructions.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field-installation technician team (7 growing to 10).
• Own installation schedule and coordinate with customers, EPCs, and subcontractors.
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, and changes to teams and customers.
• Ensure installations follow procedures, drawings, and safety requirements.
• Provide on-site leadership and remote support as needed.
• Travel to customer sites to support project execution.
