Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of Pipeline Hazardous Materials and Safety Administration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct field operations across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and site execution for projects of varying size.
• Coordinate with clients and project personnel to deliver on scope.
• Mentor and train field technicians and staff.
• Ensure profitability and manage project budget and schedule.
• Adhere to safety, quality policies, and compliance standards throughout the lifecycle.
