Job summary

Justrite Safety Group in Anderson, SC, is seeking a Field Installation Services Supervisor to lead a team of field technicians and manage end-to-end installation of engineered containment systems for utility and industrial customers.

You will schedule the work, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, ensure adherence to installation procedures, and mentor technicians to deliver safe, high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field installation projects.
• Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive installation requests from customer and subcontractor contacts and coordinate installation timing.
• Maintain the master calendar of active and upcoming installation projects.
• Review project drawings, installation documentation, site requirements, and customer expectations before assigning resources.
• Assign technicians to projects based on workload, capability, location, and project requirements.
• Establish expected project timelines and communicate schedules and priorities to technicians and customers.
• Directly supervise and develop a team of approximately 7 field installation technicians, with responsibility to expand to ~10.
• Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to field technicians.
