Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field installation professional to perform on-site installation, testing, and quality inspection of surgical light suspensions, booms, and video integration systems. You will work with sales, project engineering, and field teams, while coordinating travel and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires traveling overnight 100% of the time to various sites, with travel, lodging, and meals paid per policy.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Supports on-site installation and testing of surgical light suspensions and video integration systems.
• Coordinates with internal/external teams and manages travel arrangements.
• Maintains accurate installation records and provides project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensures safety compliance and correct use of PPE during installation.
