• Understanding of Construction Management: scheduling, documentation, coordination.
• Preferred: prior experience in transportation or civil infra inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.
• Effective verbal and written communication with contractors and teams.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Relevant certifications and a valid driver’s license are beneficial.
