The role requires reading plans, reviewing contractor reports, and performing inspections of traffic control, environmental controls, and materials. Travel 20–40% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform inspections of traffic control, environmental controls, layout, construction methods and materials under direct supervision.
• Review contractor daily reports and acceptance/rejection decisions; verify QC procedures and material testing against plans.
• Review material testing procedures and results for conformance to contract and measure quantities of materials placed.
• May perform sampling or in‑place testing of soil, base, concrete and asphalt pavement.
