Job summary

Seek Now is looking for 1099 independent sub-contractors for property inspections in Iowa. Responsibilities include performing inspections, documenting results, and traveling to impacted areas. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and State Issued Workers Compensation.
• Must possess a Certificate of General Liability Insurance.
• Must be a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate property inspections and document using a smartphone application.
• Travel to perform inspections in areas hit by weather catastrophes.
