A leading data capture firm is seeking independent sub-contractors to provide home and commercial property inspections. Candidates should be capable of accessing steep roofs and using technology for documentation. This role requires travel, especially during catastrophic events, with lodging covered. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, liability insurance, and a professional appearance. Great earning potential is available, with team support and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to access and inspect steep and/or high roofs.
• Clean and reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32' ladder.
• Ability to document inspections using proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate property inspections for clients in various sectors.
• Travel to areas affected by weather catastrophes for inspections.
